Chris graduated with honours from Durham College in 2022. He is also a yoga instructor, receiving his RYT 200-hour certification in 2014. With his current knowledge, he can create an effective plan that is suited to the needs of any individual that comes into the treatment space. Chris will always bring his best forward through the use of Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and various stretching techniques. He will work to find just the right pressure and try to find the best home care exercises that can help you beyond treatment.

Lydia graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2003. She has been a part of the McAllister team since 2013. Lydia is an experienced RMT who provides treatments tailored to the clients needs. She ensures clients get the best care when treating acute or chronic conditions.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as playing baseball and hockey. She also spends significant time volunteering with her local community groups.

Dr. David Carroll graduated from Ontario Tech University with an Honors Bachelor of Health Science degree before graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2023.

Dr. Carroll is passionate about promoting wellness and improving the quality of life in the patients he treats. Dr. Carroll uses a holistic approach to care, applying manual and drop table adjustments, rehabilitation exercises and education on preventative measures.

Growing up in the Durham region, Dr. Carroll cares deeply about the people in his community. He has previously volunteered for numerous community-based programs and is looking forward to continuing to remain an engaged and active community member.

Remaining active is a priority for Dr. Carroll. When he isn’t busy with patients, he can be found playing golf, hockey or lifting weights at the local gym. Dr. Carroll is a consummate learner and is fully committed to furthering his education and enhancing his skills to provide the best possible care to his patients. He is certified in Acupuncture and attended several seminars on the Thompson Technique.

Dr. Mariusz Fajfer graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with First Class Honours. Prior to that he completed a Bachelors degree in Health Science from UOIT, specializing in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. His interest in sports has resulted in experience working with the UOIT men’s varsity soccer team, Okanagan Hockey Ontario Academy, and he also completed an internship with the Premier League soccer team AFC Bournemouth in the UK. Dr. Fajfer is certified in cupping therapy, myofascial blading, compression floss therapy, KT taping, laser therapy, and concussion management. Dr. Kevin McAllister spent his formative years in Whitby prior to attending Queen’s University . He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and science in 1977 and a Bachelor of Education in 1978. In 1982, he graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and has been practicing in Oshawa since that time.

In addition to his regular practice, Dr. Kevin McAllister has been an assessor in a multidisciplinary setting at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, Regional Evaluation Centre, providing specialized assessments for victims of motor vehicle accidents. He has been in this capacity since 1994. In addition, Dr. Kevin McAllister has completed courses and has been certified by the American Society of Forensic Examiners in 2010.

Dr. Kevin McAllister was a Director for both The Rotary Club of Oshawa and Denise House, which is a women’s shelter. He has served on chiropractic boards and committees, one of which included being President of the Durham Chiropractic Society. He was presented with an Award of Distinction in 2008 by the Ontario Chiropractic Association. He is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, Ontario Chiropractic Association, Durham Chiropractic Society, The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, The Governors Club of The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association.

In the past, Dr. Kevin McAllister has served as team doctor for The Oshawa Green Gaels Lacrosse Club, The Oshawa Hawkeyes Football Club, The Whitby Warriors Lacrosse Club, The Brooklin Redmen Lacrosse Club, The Durham Attack Volleyball Club, The DRVC Volleyball Club, The Darlington Soccer Club and has served professional and Olympic athletes. Over the last seven years, Dr. Kevin McAllister has served The Whitby Dunlop Senior A Hockey Club.

Dr. Kevin McAllister enjoys camping, fishing, boating, tennis, cross country skiing and motorcycles.

Dr. Kelly McAllister is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Prior to attending CMCC she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Brock University. She is bilingual in French and English.

At present, Dr. Kelly McAllister is certified in Acupuncture, Active Release Technique, Sound Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilizations and Kinesio Taping. She is also a certified practitioner with Complete Concussion Management.
